    HOW LONG DOES DELIVERY TAKE, AND WHAT ARE THE SHIPPING CHARGES?

    Domestic orders are generally delivered within 7–10 working days from the date of dispatch.

    We offer complimentary shipping within India on orders above ₹20,000. Shipping charges for orders below this amount will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

    International delivery timelines and shipping charges vary depending on destination, package requirements, and logistics availability.

    DO YOU SHIP TO MULTIPLE ADDRESSES?

    Each order may be shipped to one delivery address only. If products need to be delivered to multiple addresses, separate orders must be placed.

    CAN I MODIFY MY SHIPPING ADDRESS AFTER PLACING AN ORDER?

    Shipping address modifications may be possible only before an order enters processing or dispatch stages. Customers are encouraged to contact our support team promptly for assistance.

    HOW DO I RETURN AN ITEM?

    DO YOU OFFER EXCHANGES?

    ARE CUSTOMIZED OR MADE-TO-ORDER PRODUCTS ELIGIBLE FOR RETURN?

    No. Customized, bridal, personalized, and made-to-order products are generally not eligible for return or exchange because they are specially created according to individual customer requirements.

    WHAT IF I RECEIVE A DAMAGED OR INCORRECT PRODUCT?

    If you receive a damaged, defective, incomplete, or incorrect product, please notify us within 48 hours from delivery and provide relevant details together with photographs where requested.

    Our team will review the matter and provide an appropriate resolution where applicable.

    WHAT HAPPENS IF MY DELIVERY IS DELAYED?
