    1. SHIPPING POLICY

    At Label Pallavi Namdev, each order is carefully processed and prepared with attention to detail to ensure that products are delivered in the best possible condition. Upon successful placement of an order and receipt of payment, the order enters our processing workflow and is scheduled for dispatch in accordance with the applicable timelines for the purchased product category.

    Estimated delivery timelines communicated at the time of purchase are provided for informational purposes only and may vary depending on factors including product availability, customization requirements, order volume, destination location, operational requirements, public holidays, logistics availability, and other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

    All shipments are handled through trusted logistics and delivery partners selected by us to facilitate secure and timely delivery. While we make reasonable efforts to ensure timely dispatch and delivery, actual delivery dates cannot be guaranteed and may be affected by factors beyond our control.

    Tracking information, where available, will be shared with customers after the order has been dispatched to enable shipment monitoring and delivery updates.

    Customers are responsible for providing complete, accurate, and updated delivery details at the time of placing an order. Label Pallavi Namdev shall not be responsible for delays, failed deliveries, additional shipping charges, or non-delivery arising from incorrect, incomplete, or inaccurate information provided by customers.

    Delivery shall be considered completed once the order has been delivered to the delivery address specified at the time of purchase or accepted by the recipient at such address. Any signature, acknowledgment, electronic confirmation, or delivery confirmation generated by the logistics provider may be treated as evidence of successful delivery. Upon successful delivery, responsibility for the order passes to the recipient.

    2. DELIVERY CHARGES

    We offer complimentary shipping across India on orders with a purchase value above ₹20,000, subject to serviceability and applicable delivery conditions.

    For orders below ₹20,000, a standard shipping fee will apply and will be calculated automatically at checkout based on applicable shipping criteria.

    Shipping charges may vary depending on factors including, but not limited to:

    • Delivery location
    • Order value
    • Package dimensions and weight
    • Product category
    • Delivery method selected
    • Special handling requirements, if any

    Shipping charges applicable to an order will be displayed and communicated to customers before completion of the purchase process.

    For international orders, shipping charges are calculated separately and may vary depending on the destination country, package size, shipment weight, applicable logistics charges, and delivery requirements.

    Please note that shipping charges, once paid, are generally non-refundable unless otherwise required by applicable law or where an order cannot be fulfilled due to reasons attributable to Label Pallavi Namdev.

    3. ORDER PROCESSING

    All orders are processed only after successful payment authorization, confirmation, and any applicable verification procedures have been completed. Once an order has been successfully placed, customers may receive an order confirmation through email, SMS, WhatsApp, or other available communication channels.

    Orders are generally processed within our standard operational timelines; however, processing periods may vary depending on several factors including:

    • Customized or made-to-order requirements
    • Design approvals and customer confirmations
    • Material availability
    • Quality checks and packaging procedures
    • Order volume and seasonal demand
    • Weekends and public holidays
    • Payment verification requirements
    • Logistics availability

    Customized, bridal, and made-to-order products may require additional processing time prior to dispatch due to the nature of production and personalization requirements.

    Please note that order processing timelines are separate from delivery timelines and commence only after successful payment confirmation. Any estimated processing periods are indicative and may vary based on operational requirements.

    We reserve the right to delay processing, request additional verification information, or cancel an order where required for security, fraud prevention, product availability, legal compliance, or other legitimate business reasons.

    4. ORDER CANCELLATION

    Cancellation requests for standard orders may be accepted before the order enters processing or dispatch stages, subject to review and approval.

    Once an order has been processed, dispatched, or prepared for shipment, cancellation may not be possible.

    Customized, bridal, and made-to-order products remain subject to the specific cancellation restrictions stated in this policy.

    5. DOMESTIC DELIVERY (WITHIN INDIA)

    Orders within India are generally delivered within 7 to 10 working days from the date of dispatch, depending on the delivery location, serviceability, product type, and logistics availability.

    Delivery timelines are estimates only and may vary depending on operational requirements and circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

    Delivery timelines may also be affected by factors including:

    • Delivery destination and accessibility
    • Remote or non-serviceable locations
    • Public holidays and weekends
    • Weather conditions
    • Logistics partner operations
    • High order volumes or seasonal demand
    • Government restrictions or other unforeseen circumstances

    Customers are responsible for providing complete, accurate, and updated delivery information at the time of placing an order. Label Pallavi Namdev shall not be responsible for delays, failed deliveries, additional charges, or non-delivery resulting from incorrect, incomplete, or inaccurate information provided by customers.

    Once an order has been dispatched, tracking details may be shared where available to enable customers to monitor shipment status and estimated delivery progress.

    In the event that delivery cannot be completed due to customer unavailability, incorrect delivery details, refusal to accept delivery, or other customer-related circumstances, additional delivery, storage, or re-delivery charges may apply.

    While we make reasonable efforts to facilitate timely delivery, actual delivery dates cannot be guaranteed and may vary depending on the circumstances applicable to each shipment.

    6. INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY

    We offer shipping to select international destinations subject to shipping availability, applicable laws, and serviceability in the destination country. Availability of international shipping may vary depending on the destination location and logistics partner coverage.

    Customers are responsible for ensuring compliance with local import regulations applicable in their destination country. Label Pallavi Namdev shall not be responsible for shipment delays, non-delivery, returned shipments, customs holds, confiscation of goods, or additional charges arising from customs procedures, import restrictions, or failure to comply with local regulations.

    While we make reasonable efforts to facilitate timely delivery, actual delivery timelines may vary and delays occurring during customs processing or international transit remain outside our direct control.

    7. CUSTOMIZED AND MADE-TO-ORDER PRODUCTS

    Customized, bridal, personalized, and made-to-order products generally require approximately 25 to 30 working days for production prior to dispatch. Such products are specially designed and prepared according to individual customer requirements and therefore may require additional processing and production time compared to standard products.

    Production timelines provided are estimates only and may vary depending on several factors including:

    • Design complexity
    • Customization requirements
    • Customer-requested modifications
    • Measurement confirmation and accuracy
    • Design approvals and consultation processes
    • Material availability
    • Production schedules and order volume
    • Quality checks and finishing procedures
    • Public holidays, weekends, or operational circumstances

    Customers may be required to review and approve measurements, design specifications, customization details, or related information before production begins. Delays in providing required information, approvals, or responses may result in corresponding delays in production and dispatch timelines.

    As these products are created specifically for individual customers based on personal preferences and requirements, customized, bridal, and made-to-order products are generally not eligible for cancellation, return, refund, or exchange once an order has been confirmed and production has commenced.

    Customers are responsible for ensuring that all information, measurements, specifications, and customization requests provided are accurate and complete. Label Pallavi Namdev shall not be responsible for issues arising from incorrect measurements, inaccurate information, or changes requested after production has commenced.

    While reasonable efforts are made to adhere to estimated timelines, production and delivery schedules may vary depending on the nature of customization and circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

    8. PAYMENT MODE

    All domestic and international orders are accepted strictly on a prepaid basis.

    We support secure online payment methods including:

    • Credit cards
    • Debit cards
    • Net banking
    • UPI (Unified Payments Interface)
    • Digital wallets, where available
    • Other approved online payment methods made available on our website from time to time

    All payments are processed through secure and authorized payment service providers using industry-standard security measures designed to protect payment transactions.

    Orders shall be considered confirmed only after successful payment receipt and verification.

    9. CASH ON DELIVERY

    Cash on Delivery (COD) is currently not available for any orders placed through our website.

    All domestic and international purchases are accepted strictly on a prepaid basis through the payment methods made available on our platform at the time of checkout.

    Orders will be processed and scheduled for dispatch only after successful payment authorization, verification, and confirmation.

    10. DUTIES AND TAXES

    International shipments may be subject to import duties, customs duties, taxes, handling charges, value-added taxes (VAT), goods and services taxes (GST), brokerage fees, and other charges imposed by customs authorities or governmental agencies in the destination country.

    All import duties, taxes, customs charges, and any additional fees arising in connection with international shipments shall be the sole responsibility of the customer unless otherwise expressly specified by Label Pallavi Namdev.

    Label Pallavi Namdev shall not be responsible for delays, non-delivery, shipment holds, customs clearance issues, confiscation of goods, returned shipments, or additional costs arising from customs procedures, unpaid duties, incomplete documentation, import restrictions, or failure to comply with local laws and regulations.

    11. FAILED DELIVERY ATTEMPTS

    Customers are responsible for ensuring that all delivery details, including recipient name, address, contact information, postal code, and any applicable delivery instructions, are accurate, complete, and current.

    If delivery cannot be completed due to customer-related reasons including recipient unavailability, incorrect delivery details, refusal to accept delivery, or restricted access to the delivery location, additional charges including re-delivery charges, storage fees, return shipping charges, or handling costs may apply.

    Label Pallavi Namdev shall not be responsible for delays, losses, non-delivery, or additional expenses resulting from unsuccessful delivery attempts caused by customer-related factors.

    12. UNFORESEEN DELAYS

    All delivery timelines communicated by Label Pallavi Namdev are estimated and provided for informational purposes only.

    Delivery, processing, production, or shipment timelines may be affected by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to:

    • Natural disasters and extreme weather conditions
    • Transportation disruptions or logistical issues
    • Public holidays and festival periods
    • Government restrictions or lockdowns
    • Customs inspections and clearance delays
    • Supply chain interruptions or material shortages
    • Epidemics, pandemics, or public health emergencies
    • Force majeure events and other unforeseen circumstances

    Label Pallavi Namdev shall not be responsible for delays, losses, additional costs, non-delivery, or other consequences resulting from circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

    13. DAMAGED OR TAMPERED PACKAGES

    Customers are advised to carefully inspect packages at the time of delivery before accepting the shipment, wherever reasonably possible.

    If a package appears damaged, tampered with, opened, torn, leaking, or otherwise appears to have been compromised during transit, customers are encouraged to notify us promptly within 48 hours of delivery.

    Customers may be requested to provide:

    • Photographs of the outer packaging
    • Photographs of the damaged product(s)
    • Images of shipping labels or packaging details
    • Order information and delivery details
    • Any additional information reasonably requested for review purposes

    Customers are encouraged to retain the original packaging materials, shipping labels, invoices, and all delivered contents until the matter has been reviewed and resolved.

    Failure to notify us within the specified reporting period or failure to provide reasonably requested information may affect our ability to investigate the issue and process any applicable assistance or claims.

    14. PARTIAL SHIPMENTS

    Orders containing multiple products may be dispatched in separate shipments depending on product availability, customization requirements, packaging considerations, logistics availability, or operational circumstances.

    Customers may receive separate shipment confirmations and tracking details for each shipment where applicable.

    Unless otherwise expressly stated, customers will not be charged additional shipping fees solely due to order splitting initiated by Label Pallavi Namdev for operational reasons.

    15. NON-SERVICEABLE LOCATIONS

    Delivery services are subject to the availability, operational coverage, and serviceability of our logistics and delivery partners.

    Certain locations, regions, postal codes, or destinations may fall outside the delivery coverage areas supported by our shipping providers and may therefore be considered non-serviceable.

    Label Pallavi Namdev reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to refuse, delay, suspend, or cancel delivery to locations determined to be non-serviceable.

    If delivery cannot be completed due to non-serviceability and no alternative arrangement is possible, any approved refund shall be processed in accordance with our applicable policies and payment procedures.
