    Refund and Returns Policy

    1. ORDER CANCELLATION

    Customers may request cancellation of an order only before the order enters processing, production, customization, packaging, or dispatch stages. Cancellation requests are subject to review, approval, and operational feasibility at the time the request is received.

    Once an order has been successfully placed, customers are encouraged to review all order details carefully, including:

    • Product selection
    • Quantity
    • Size and specifications
    • Delivery information
    • Contact details
    • Payment information
    • Customization requirements, where applicable

    If customers wish to make changes to an order after it has been placed, modification requests may not always be possible. In such circumstances, customers may be required to cancel the existing order and place a new order, subject to cancellation eligibility and approval.

    Cancellation requests submitted after an order has entered processing, production, packaging, or dispatch stages may not be accepted, as operational activities may already have commenced.

    Customized, personalized, bridal, and made-to-order products involve individual production processes and preparation based on customer-specific requirements. Accordingly, such products may not be eligible for cancellation once production, customization, or related work has commenced.

    Label Pallavi Namdev reserves the right to refuse, restrict, or cancel orders at its sole discretion where necessary, including but not limited to circumstances involving:

    • Product unavailability
    • Pricing or product information errors
    • Suspected fraudulent activity
    • Unauthorized transactions
    • Payment verification issues
    • Legal or regulatory requirements
    • Other legitimate operational reasons

    Where cancellation requests are approved and any refund becomes applicable, refund processing shall be carried out in accordance with our applicable Refund Policy and payment procedures.

    2. EXCHANGE OR REPLACEMENT

    We currently do not provide direct product exchanges as part of our standard policy. Customers wishing to change product selections, sizes, colors, specifications, or similar preferences may be required to initiate a return request for eligible products and place a new order separately, subject to compliance with our applicable return eligibility requirements.

    If customers wish to obtain a different product after purchase, the existing order or delivered product may first need to qualify for return approval in accordance with our Return Policy before a new purchase is completed.

    Replacement requests may be considered only in limited circumstances involving:

    • Defective products
    • Damaged products received during transit
    • Incorrect products delivered
    • Incomplete deliveries or missing items
    • Products with verified manufacturing defects

    Replacement requests remain subject to review, verification, and approval.

    Customers may be required to provide supporting information including:

    Requests relating to damaged, defective, incomplete, or incorrect products should generally be reported within the applicable reporting period stated in this policy.

    Please note that submission of a replacement request does not automatically guarantee approval. All reported issues are subject to investigation and verification by Label Pallavi Namdev.

    Label Pallavi Namdev reserves the right to determine the appropriate resolution depending on the circumstances of each case, which may include:

    • Product replacement
    • Refund processing
    • Store credit, where applicable
    • Other suitable corrective actions

    Customized, personalized, bridal, and made-to-order products may not be eligible for exchange or replacement except in circumstances involving verified manufacturing defects or errors attributable to Label Pallavi Namdev.

    3. RETURN PROCESS

    Eligible return requests may be initiated through your account, where such functionality is available, within the applicable return window specified in this policy.

    Return requests must generally be initiated within 15 days of delivery. Requests submitted after the applicable return period may not be accepted unless otherwise required by applicable law or approved by us under exceptional circumstances.

    To initiate a return request, customers may be required to provide relevant information including:

    • Order number and purchase details
    • Product details
    • Reason for the return request
    • Supporting photographs, where applicable
    • Any additional information reasonably required for review purposes

    Submission of a return request does not automatically guarantee approval. All return requests remain subject to verification, review, and compliance with our return eligibility conditions and policy requirements.

    4. RETURN PICKUP PROCESS

    Following approval of a return request, return pickup arrangements may be scheduled through our authorized logistics partners, where pickup services are available for the customer’s delivery location.

    Pickup availability may vary depending on factors including:

    • Delivery location and serviceability
    • Logistics partner availability
    • Product category and packaging requirements
    • Operational limitations
    • Other service-related conditions

    Where pickup services are available, customers may receive communication through email, SMS, WhatsApp, telephone, or other available communication channels containing relevant information including:

    • Pickup date and timing information
    • Packaging instructions
    • Shipping or return procedures
    • Documentation requirements
    • Tracking information, where available
    • Other instructions necessary for processing the return

    Customers are responsible for preparing and securely packaging products before handing them over for pickup. Returned products should be packed in a manner reasonably intended to prevent damage during return transit.

    Customers are encouraged to:

    • Include all original product tags, labels, accessories, manuals, and packaging materials where applicable
    • Ensure products remain unused and in their original condition, subject to applicable return requirements
    • Use protective packaging materials where necessary
    • Follow all return instructions provided by our team

    If products are not appropriately packaged or do not comply with return requirements, additional delays, rejection of return requests, or issues during inspection and verification processes may occur.

    Where pickup services are unavailable for a particular location, customers may be required to arrange shipment through an approved courier or follow alternative return instructions provided by Label Pallavi Namdev.

    Label Pallavi Namdev reserves the right to reject returned products during inspection if the product condition at the time of pickup or receipt does not comply with the return eligibility conditions stated in this policy.

    Label Pallavi Namdev shall not be responsible for delays, losses, damage, or additional costs arising from customer failure to follow provided return procedures or packaging instructions.

    5. CANCELLATION OF RETURN REQUESTS

    Customers who no longer wish to proceed with a return request after it has been initiated are encouraged to contact our support team as early as reasonably possible so that appropriate assistance may be provided.

    Requests to cancel a return may be considered only before the return process has progressed to certain operational stages, including but not limited to:

    • Pickup scheduling or confirmation
    • Shipment collection by logistics partners
    • Return shipment processing
    • Product receipt at our facilities
    • Inspection or verification procedures

    Once the return process has entered advanced processing stages, cancellation of the return request may no longer be possible due to operational and logistical requirements.

    Where a return pickup has already been scheduled, customers may be required to notify us before the scheduled collection date and time. Failure to communicate cancellation requests in a timely manner may result in unnecessary pickup attempts, delays, or additional operational procedures.

    If a return shipment has already been collected, dispatched, or received for processing, Label Pallavi Namdev reserves the right to continue the return review process in accordance with this Return Policy.

    6. RETURN ELIGIBILITY

    Products may be eligible for return only if they satisfy applicable return conditions.

    Returned products must:

    • Be unused and unwashed
    • Be in original condition
    • Include all original tags, labels, and packaging
    • Not show signs of wear, damage, alterations, or tampering

    Minor variations in color, texture, embroidery, handwork, print placement, or finish may occur due to lighting, photography, screen resolution, handcrafted processes, or fabric characteristics and shall not be considered defects.

    The following products are generally not eligible for return, refund, or exchange:

    • Customized or personalized products
    • Bridal and made-to-order products
    • Products purchased during final sale or clearance events, where applicable
    • Products damaged due to misuse, negligence, or improper handling by customers

    Label Pallavi Namdev reserves the right to refuse returns, refunds, or future orders from customers where repeated return abuse, suspicious activity, or misuse of the return policy is identified.

    We reserve the right to reject return requests that do not comply with this Return Policy.

    7. DAMAGED, DEFECTIVE, OR INCORRECT PRODUCTS

    If you receive a product that is damaged, defective, incomplete, or incorrect, you must notify us within 48 hours of delivery.

    Customers may be requested to provide:

    • Photographs of the product
    • Images of packaging materials
    • Order details
    • Any additional information reasonably required for review purposes

    Reported issues remain subject to verification and review.

    8. REFUND PROCESSING

    Refunds are processed only after the returned product has been received and successfully completed inspection and quality verification procedures.

    Refund approval is subject to successful inspection and verification of the returned product by our quality assurance team.

    Once approved, refunds are generally processed within 7–10 business days.

    Actual processing time may vary depending on banking systems, payment providers, and operational requirements.

    9. REFUND METHODS

    Refunds for prepaid orders will generally be processed through the original payment method used during the purchase transaction unless otherwise required by applicable law.

    For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds may be processed through bank transfer, store credit, UPI, or any other method communicated by our support team, subject to verification requirements.

    The time required for refunds to reflect in customer accounts may vary depending on the payment provider or financial institution.

    10. SHIPPING CHARGES AND NON-REFUNDABLE FEES

    Original shipping charges, delivery charges, duties, taxes, customs charges, and similar fees are generally non-refundable unless otherwise required by applicable law or where the issue is directly attributable to Label Pallavi Namdev.

    11. INTERNATIONAL ORDERS – RETURNS AND REFUNDS

    Returns and exchanges for international orders are generally not accepted unless the delivered product is defective, damaged, incomplete, or incorrect.

    Customers must notify us within 48 hours of delivery and provide supporting details and relevant evidence.

    Following verification and review, an appropriate resolution may be provided, which may include replacement, refund, or another suitable remedy at our discretion.

    Duties, taxes, customs charges, and shipping fees associated with international orders are generally non-refundable.
